Vocabulary

In our class we are working on vocabulary words! We have to draw a picture and label it, and put a paragraph for our class. We have to use smarts. We have to take our Journeys books and take the words out of the books.  You should try it.

Crazy Funny Poems with Spelling Words

I am in a football game and I am running quick. 

A flake of pollond hits me in the eye. 

I fell hard on the ground 

I saw a queen on the field.

I got up and ran into a shark, oh, 

and I noticed I am in MEXICO!!!!

Minds in Motion is about eye coordination, balance, strength and teamwork. Most of the students like it! They have fun doing the different activities.  The brain work helps us with our learning.  We do it once a day.

ISTEP

Last week we did ISTEP. ISTEP is what we do at almost the end of the year. We needed to put 2 pages full of writing. And we do not have to pass ISTEP, but we do have to pass I read.  IREAD is a little bit different because you have to pass it to go to 4th grade. ISTEP was the week of March 4th. I hope we all passed.

Music Basket

All of the grades got to make a basket for the Ox Bow Zaar. We made a music basket. We brought in music prouducts. 

Like headphones and insturments or anything music related. 

We got about 5 or 6 things for our basket.

Life with Team 184

Dear World,
Team 184 has been working on 5 sentences and been working on rainbow writing. We have to tell the evidence why or fact. 

And its the best class, that's what we think. Team 184 has jobs too. It's a long day for us realy long we have job like abc order with paper, pat marker,inspector,lunch bucket and library books.

We do a lot of math, too. We do a iot of rocket math at computer lab and you can go to oxbow.com and if you have kids go to grade level resources and go to 2nd grade and go to math and go down in tell you see green. 

And we've been working on spelling, geometry, words like line, point, line segment, interseting lines, parallel lines, and a ray.
